1. Service Provision

AribaOne specializes in Web Development, SEO, and Branding. Every project is governed by a specific scope of work agreed upon before the start of the project.

2. Payments & Milestones

• A 50% upfront deposit is required to start any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the final files or site go live.
• Project timelines depend on timely feedback from the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Once the final payment is cleared, the ownership of the website code and designs is transferred to the client. AribaOne retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

4. Limitation of Liability

AribaOne is not liable for any third-party service failures (like hosting or domain expiration) or losses incurred after the project is handed over to the client.
